About the Artist

Scraps of torn and cut bits of blues, greens and violets often trail me these days.  Some are sprinkled or threaded with gold and silver, others are heavily textured or sheer depending on the result needed.  They may be in service to a collage or an exercise to help refine the colors of an oil painting.  

My work is strongly rooted in a love of the outdoors and the ever-changing light that colors that world. It is my goal to share the wonder and joy that I experience daily and I hope that the people who own my work are prompted to connect with that spirit.
